During the retreat you will come into connection with yourself, get to know and love your feminine energy even more, and feel the safety of being fully seen and heard.

We are all beautiful beings dancing between our masculine and feminine energies, riding the waves of our lives and individual stories.
As women, we are so often conditioned or don't allow ourselves to fully dive into our feminine energy because we experientially have to be strong, loud or stern to be seen and heard. We struggle to feel worthy and so we constantly reinforce and hide behind our masculine energy and attributes. But why - because we are afraid to show our beautiful feminine nature, our gentle, caring side. The nurturing, purest magic that we all have inside of us, because we are afraid that if we are not strong enough or lead with gentleness and love, we might get hurt.
This retreat is for you to dive into the beauty of your feminine energy. You can reconnect with your playful, dancing and gentle side that is more than worthy of being seen and heard. You will get in touch with your purest, unconditioned self, be held and surrounded by women, and leave this retreat with an amazing sense of community and connection with yourself and strength through gentleness.
We will dive into letting go and releasing conditioning, supported and guided by the healing power of our very own feminine community. Being able to let go in a safe space where everything is allowed and you are seen and heard as the beautiful being within you.

Helene's wonderful combination of spiritual yoga teacher, sound & reiki practitioner and rationally structured event leader will gently and playfully let you find your very own GODDESS within.
Helene has made it her life's work not to close her eyes to the challenges women face in everyday life, but to perceive them, openly call them by their name and thus master them. She is happy to accompany you in finding your feminine energy.
She addresses your femininity on different levels: through the sound of crystal singing bowls, playful and calming yoga practices, the spirit of dancing, letting go in sharing circles and the insights of journaling.
