- Actively selling and correctly booking spa treatments in the TAC program
- Completing checklists
- Professionally and solution-oriented handling of guest requests, feedback, and complaints
- Close collaboration with housekeeping, service, kitchen, and spa to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Accurate accounting, cash management, and receipt allocation
- Adherence to the hotel's quality and service standards according to the script
