Main tasks

  • Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, and furnishings, according to quality standards and the cleaning schedule.

  • Cleaning and maintenance of staff accommodations and rooms.

  • Cleaning and maintenance of public areas (spa, hallways, restrooms, etc.).
  • Replenishing consumables and guest amenities.
  • Reporting technical defects and damage to building services.
  • Assisting with laundry management (washing, sorting, distributing, and storing).
  • Adhering to prescribed cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Coordination with reception, building services, and other departments.
