Your Responsibilities

  • Your ability to anticipate our guests' wishes with your warm and professional demeanor, i.e., serving
  • Supporting the Chef de Ran
  • Taking orders
  • Managing all areas and keeping them clean
  • Support at the bar
  • Coordination & support for the kitchen
  • Mise en place preparation
