The Winzerwochen at the Forsthofalm bring renowned winemakers from Austria and South Tyrol directly to the Salzburger Land. Each event combines wine tasting, vintner presentation, and a 6-course evening menu with wine pairing – an experience for everyone who loves wine journeys and seeks pleasure at the highest level.

Vintner Presentation & Tasting
Meet the winemakers in person, discover the philosophy behind their wines, and enjoy a tasting of carefully selected vintages in a relaxed atmosphere. All featured wines are available for purchase on-site.

The Meet the Winemaker experience is accompanied by our Sundowner with a live DJ on the sun terrace. As laid-back beats set the mood, indulge in exceptional wines, Alpine-inspired cuisine, and breathtaking views of the winter mountain landscape.

6:30 PM

6-Course Dinner with Wine Pairing
In the evening, you will experience a six-course menu, perfectly coordinated with the wine pairing from the respective winery. Each course is personally accompanied and explained by the winemaker – a wine journey for all the senses.
