We charge 80% of the room price for short term cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures. In all other cases we abide by the legal terms and conditions for the hotel industry in Austria as stated in the general terms and conditions for hostelry – “Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie” (AGBH 2006). In order to confirm your reservation, please send us a down payment of € 200,– per person. We recommend arranging travel insurance in case of cancellation with our partner insurance company Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG.
