All products served at this breakfast buffet, including cheese, sausage, milk, bread, butter, jams,… come from certified organic suppliers, while much originates from organic farms in our own region.

An independent agency conducts quality controls of our organic products several times a year, ensuring that when the label says "ORGANIC" that's exactly what it is!  Our organic food control number is AT-S-01-BIO 0446V.
