Cancellation Insurance

A hotel booking is a contract of sale. Cancellation charges become due in the event of cancellation, late arrival or premature departure. Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply and, in the instance of short-notice cancellations, we are entitled to charge 80% of your booking price.

It is always possible that something will crop up (illness, an accident etc.). Which is why we recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
